Don is a purpose-first entrepreneur and founder of 6SILO. He built CleanKings Facility Services from a garage in Melbourne to a national operation with over 650 staff and eight-figure revenue, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.

At Klense Supply, he leads the company’s vision, global market development, partnerships and brand direction. He brings experience in building businesses, developing commercial relationships and turning new opportunities into operating ventures.

Sameera brings a background in supply chain and manufacturing, including five years of hands-on experience in Sri Lanka’s food and tea manufacturing industry.

He oversees production, quality control, ingredient sourcing and fulfilment from Colombo, coordinating the operational work needed to move customer requirements through to supply.

Kasandun holds a degree in Industrial Pharmaceutical Sciences and brings experience in formulation development, cosmetic chemistry and pharmaceutical molecular docking.

He leads product research and development, translating customer briefs into formulations and specifications with a focus on ingredients, stability and product requirements.

Ash brings a background spanning technology, business and digital strategy. His work connects internal systems management with optimising the systems and processes needed to support business growth.

He leads technology and digital strategy at Klense Supply, developing the infrastructure that supports sourcing coordination, customer service and global operations.

Jeewani develops new client relationships, researches prospective buyers and helps businesses clarify their initial supply requirements.

She coordinates discovery meetings with Don and follows up on proposals, quotations and sample evaluations to help customers progress to their first commercial order. She works with the operations team to provide a clear handover for sampling, fulfilment and ongoing supply.

Dulshan leads Klense Supply’s commercial operations in Europe, connecting European customers with the company’s sourcing, product development and supply capabilities.

He coordinates commercial enquiries, develops customer and partner relationships, and works with the wider team to align proposals and supply arrangements with European customer requirements.
