Sample Order Policy

Paid evaluation samples
Samples are supplied for product evaluation and development. All samples are paid and depend on availability. A request form starts a quotation process; it is not an order.
Pricing and payment
The quotation identifies the sample charge, quantity, preparation or development fees, freight, taxes and any other agreed charges. No universal sample rate applies across the range. Any credit against a later commercial order must be expressly included in the quotation.
Sample orders require the stated payment before preparation or dispatch.
Preparation and delivery
We confirm the expected preparation and delivery schedule in the quotation. Custom formulations, artwork and packaging prototypes may take longer than existing-product samples. International delivery is subject to destination restrictions and agreed import arrangements.
Evaluation and production approval
Evaluate the sample against your intended use and request the information you need before ordering. Production is governed by the final approved written specification, not solely by a website image or initial sample discussion. Any agreed sample standard or tolerance should be recorded in that specification.
Cancellation and problems
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a sample request. Work already completed and reasonable non-recoverable costs are considered when assessing a buyer-requested cancellation, subject to applicable rights.
Paid samples retain applicable rights relating to faults, incorrect supply and non-conformity. Contact us with your sample order reference if there is a problem.
