How We Work
From your first brief to ongoing supply.
Tell us what you need, where it is going and when you need it. We assess suitable products and production partners, agree the specification and commercial terms, then coordinate sampling, production, quality checks and delivery. The process adapts to your product, destination and order requirements.

Share your requirements
Send an enquiry or request a discovery call. Tell us the product or category, intended use, estimated quantities, budget, destination and timing. Products from our range and custom sourcing beyond it are both welcome.
Confirm the scope
Our commercial team discusses fit, specifications, available options, documentation and responsibilities with you, including custom blends, flavours, fragrances and products outside our portfolio. From this point you have a named contact for questions and updates.
Review the proposal
If we can support your brief, we prepare a proposal that confirms the scope, pricing, minimum quantities, packaging, sampling, payment stages and indicative dates.
Evaluate paid samples
Where samples apply, review the product, material, formulation or packaging against the agreed criteria. This may be a straightforward sample of an existing product or part of a development brief. We record your feedback and any refinements. Sample costs and timing are quoted separately.
Approve the order
Approve the final specification, artwork and commercial arrangements before production is committed. Payment stages and arrangements are confirmed in your quotation.
Coordinate production
Your commercial contact introduces your operations contact, who coordinates the approved order with the production partner and provides milestone updates.
Check and dispatch
We complete the agreed inspections and documentation, then arrange the agreed freight service. Air or sea freight is coordinated through CL Synergy, our strategic logistics partner, and logistics services are quoted separately.
Deliver and plan the next order
We support receipt, investigate any concerns and plan replenishment with your operations contact. Sea supply is generally quoted FOB at a named port; your quotation confirms shipment terms, inclusions and responsibilities.
How requirements differ by product
- Food and beverages: ingredients, shelf life, labelling and destination requirements.
- Tea and wellness: blend, ingredients, caffeine and allergen information, and pack format.
- Personal care: formulation, fragrance, texture and packaging.
- Uniforms and linen: designs, colours, materials, size breakdown and branding.
- Hospitality and cleaning: guest touchpoints, presentation and quantities across properties.
Customisation, minimum quantities, development costs and lead times are confirmed in your proposal.
Timing
Timing depends on the product, quantity, development work, approvals and production capacity. Your proposal confirms the indicative production and delivery schedule.
