Privacy Policy

Effective date:

Who handles your information

Klense Supply handles personal information as described in this policy. For privacy enquiries, access requests or complaints, contact us through our Contact Us page.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, role, business email, telephone number, location, delivery details, enquiry content, uploaded briefs, meeting details and order information. For credit assessment we may request relevant business and authorised signatory information. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in product briefs or messages.

Depending on the website configuration, we may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, pages viewed and cookie preferences.

How we collect it

We collect information directly when you submit forms, contact us, book a meeting, request samples or place an order. We may also receive relevant information from authorised business representatives, service providers or parties involved in fulfilling an order.

You may make a general enquiry without identifying yourself where practical. We need relevant contact and transaction information to quote, book meetings, assess credit or fulfil orders. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to perform those activities.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, develop product briefs, arrange samples, manage meetings, assess payment arrangements, fulfil orders, coordinate logistics, address complaints, maintain business records and protect the website and transactions.

Where you have agreed or applicable law permits, we may send product or supply updates. You can unsubscribe using the message link or by contacting us. Marketing choice does not affect ordinary order communications.

Who receives it

We share relevant information with staff and service providers who need it for the stated activities. Depending on the transaction, these may include production partners, laboratories, packaging providers, CL Synergy and other agreed logistics providers, customs agents, banks, professional advisers and technology providers.

We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell personal information as a marketing list.

Overseas handling

International sourcing and shipping may require information to be handled by recipients outside Australia. Relevant operational recipients may be in Sri Lanka and the destination country.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to protect information shared with service providers and handle overseas disclosure according to applicable obligations.

Scheduling payment and external services

If you use a third-party booking or payment service, it may collect information under its own privacy policy. Do not submit card numbers or bank credentials through a general contact form.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure. We keep information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual administration and applicable legal record requirements, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Access and correction

Contact us through our Contact Us page to request access to or correction of your information. We may verify your identity and clarify the request. If we cannot fulfil a request, we explain the reason and available complaint options.

Complaints

Send privacy concerns through our Contact Us page. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant regulator. Visit www.oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We update this policy when relevant practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact us if you need a copy in another accessible format.
